An enriching and exciting process. During this year we haveapproached the exterior and interior design down to the smallest detail that the project involves. The new proposal presents an architectural transformation in its entirety.

The new Pabellón Bosques Mall will no longer be the service plaza we all know.

Through a demographic study, we have identified a substantial increase in residential construction density in the area over the past 10 years. Therefore, we have understood that there is a significant commercial and social demand that will be covered with the new architectural approach that we have developed.

Together with our commercial advisor, Alejandro Abeijon, we have opted to transform this square into a gastronomic and social gathering center of the highest level.

We have projected: 13 new restaurants with terraces, the new central esplanade, motor lobby, new transit and pedestrian accesses, a new bus stop, reconfiguration of vertical cores, pre-composed furniture, development of kiosks, planting of video walls and among several additional concepts.

The start of the construction of the first phase is approaching. We have completed the phase of construction plans, as well as the coordination of multiple engineering.
