The Miguel Aleman housing complex is a benchmark for education not only architecturally but also pertaining economic and demographic problems, it was the first experimentations on mass housing.

The proposal is a consequence of this same context, where density is increased in the upper part. We understand the composition as a conversation of two historical times, of two realities, in the middle of the 20th century and the current one. Lightweight materials assemble the proposal as a juxtaposition.

A market in the lower part of the square recalls commerce since pre-Hispanic times, convergent with the politics of the city and the merging activities that fit in the current demand is the main idea.
