San Joaquín & Moliere Building

Projecting itself as a building with attractive volumes in the Nuevo Polanco area, becoming an urban infill on an important avenue, giving great exposure to the building. Its stacked silhouettes come as a shifting game that allow skylights, terraces and variations, creating an opportunity for the building to relate to its surroundings.

Through sublte gestures we achieved high dynamism. The Rio San Joaquin building is envisioned as a composition of big blocks that are asymmetrical but proportional.
